Limits, written down

What we cannot do

Every plan page carries the short version. This is the long version, so nobody buys the wrong thing.

What we cannot do

We test against a defined scope and report what we find. We do not guarantee bug-free releases. We do not write your product code. We are not a certified penetration-testing firm and do not issue compliance attestations. Coverage limits per plan are explicit and apply.

We do not guarantee bug-free releases

A verdict says the build passed the checklist items and the automated flows in scope on the date shown. It does not say the build has no defects. The disclaimer on every report: Verdicts describe the build we tested on the date shown. Changes after that date are covered by the next release run.

We test against a defined scope and report

The scope is the plan's limits (flows, surfaces, environments, releases per week) and the checklist version in force. Findings outside the scope are reported when we see them, but they are not searched for.

We do not write your product code

Findings come with the pattern, the checklist item and a reproduction. The fix is your team's; we re-test it. The automated suite is the exception: we write and maintain it, in your repository.

We are not a certified penetration-testing firm

Security items on the checklist are release checks (signatures, policies, headers, rate limits). Scale includes security regression of those items. None of it is a penetration test and none of it comes with an attestation you can hand to an auditor.

We do not issue compliance attestations

Reports describe what was tested and what was found. They are not SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other attestation, and we are not an auditor.

Coverage limits per plan are explicit and apply

The limits table on the plans page is the contract's scope. Flows beyond the limit are not covered by the automated suite; a release cadence beyond the limit is not verdicted.

We are a Cyprus limited company, not a law firm

ManagedQA Partners Ltd is a Cyprus private limited company. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and the terms page is the only document that binds either side.

The fifth guarantee is the one people ask about: if a release ships with a critical finding we marked as passed, the next month is free. It applies to items on the checklist version in force, on a build we tested. Details in the terms.
