Terms of service
These terms govern the services ManagedQA Partners Ltd (ManagedQA Partners, "we") provides to a customer ("you"). Plain language is used on purpose; where a heading and a sentence disagree, the sentence applies.
1. Parties and contract
ManagedQA Partners Ltd is a Cyprus private limited company with its headquarters in Cyprus. A contract forms when you confirm a plan by email and we confirm acceptance by email. The plan page as published on the confirmation date, these terms, and the confirmation emails are the whole agreement.
2. Services and scope
We test your software releases against the published release checklist version in force on the date of each run, maintain an automated test suite in your repository, and deliver written verdicts and a monthly report. The scope of each plan is the limits table on the plans page: surfaces, releases per week, flows automated by month 2, environments, and the included and not-included lists. Work outside the scope requires a plan change agreed by email.
The coverage audit is a one-time service delivered within 5 business days of access being granted, as described on the audit page.
3. Fees
Fees are the published monthly prices: Starter $2,900/mo, Growth $5,900/mo, Scale $9,900/mo; the coverage audit is $1,200 one-time; the agency plan is quoted per project. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance in US dollars and due within 14 days. There is no setup fee and no metered charge. The audit fee is credited to the first month of any plan started within 60 days of audit delivery.
4. Guarantees
We commit to the following on every plan:
- A named QA lead within 3 business days of start
- First release verdict within 7 days of onboarding
- Every release tested against the published checklist version in force
- Monthly report delivered by the 5th business day
- If a release ships with a critical finding we marked as passed, the next month is free
The fifth commitment applies when a release we marked as passed against the checklist version in force is later found to have a critical-severity failure on an item that was in scope for your plan, on the build we tested, and the failure is reported to us within 30 days of that release. The remedy is a credit equal to one month's fee. These are the only guarantees; nothing else on the site or in correspondence is a guarantee.
5. What we do not do
We test against a defined scope and report what we find. We do not guarantee bug-free releases. We do not write your product code. We are not a certified penetration-testing firm and do not issue compliance attestations. Coverage limits per plan are explicit and apply.
Verdicts describe the build we tested on the date shown. Changes after that date are covered by the next release run.
6. Your responsibilities
You provide read access to the repository, a staging environment that resembles production, a named contact, and notice of releases in scope. You own the fixes. You keep production credentials away from us unless a plan item requires otherwise and you have agreed to it in writing.
7. Term and cancellation
Monthly. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No setup fee. The coverage audit fee is credited to the first month of any plan started within 60 days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period; fees for that period remain due. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if fees are 30 days overdue.
8. Confidentiality and data
Everything we see in your code, environments and data is confidential and is used only to deliver the service. We do not publish your name, results or coverage numbers without written permission. Our privacy page describes what we store about you.
9. Intellectual property
The automated suite, scripts and reports we produce for you belong to you on payment. The published checklist and the failure catalogue remain ours and are licensed to you for internal use.
10. Liability
Our total liability under this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; the effective date at the top changes when we do. Price changes never apply to a running month.
