Version history
Checklist versions
A new version is published when an item, a criterion or a mapping changes. Verdicts name the version, so a record from any month can be read against the list in force at the time.
| Version | Items | Categories | What changed |
|---|---|---|---|
| v1.0 · verified on 2026-09-21 | 53 | 10 | Initial published version. Ten categories from the service's process document; every item with a pass criterion, a severity if failed, a mapping to the failure catalogue and plan availability. |
How versions change
An item is added when a new failure pattern is documented in the catalogue with a source and a check can be written for it. A criterion changes when two testers reach different verdicts from the same text. A mapping changes when a pattern is split or merged. Removals are rare and are recorded with the reason.
Customers on a plan are notified of a new version before it comes into force, and the release record shows the transition: the last verdict on the old version and the first on the new one.
